Tube of choice
Font of choice
DSB Flux - Bright Noise
Eye Candy 4000 - Gradient Glow

Open the template.
Delete the copyright layer

Select the half moon layer.
Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat.
If you are using my kit, open paper4 and paste as new layer.
Invert and Delete the excess paper.
Hide the half moon layer after doing this.
Open my frame and paste as new layer.
I resized mine to fit and rotated to the right by 15.
Copy and paste your tube. Erase parts of your tube to
make it look like it is coming out of the frame.

Open another paper from your kit, if you are using mine, open paper 1.
Click inside your frame with your magic wand and expand by 6.
Paste your paper as a new layer and drag under your frame layer.
Invert and Delete the excess paper.
Select the stars layer from the template.
Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat.
New layer and flood fill with a color from your kit/tube.

Add any elements you would like from your kit.
Open a paper from your kit, I used paper 7 from my kit.
Apply your mask and copy and paste onto your template canvas.
Drag this layer all the way to the bottom, just under your moon but above your background.
Drag the wordart layer all the way to the top.
You can change the color if you wish. To do this go
to Adjust - Color Balance - Manual Color Correction.
Your Source - Black and for your Target choose whichever color you want.
Add a drop shadow to all your layers.
Add your name, copyright info, and watermark.
