Tube or one of your choice
EyeCandy 4000 - Gradient Glow
Scrapkit Spring Hope from Whisprddreamz Designz
Mask27 from Gabeez

Open
frames (4)
frames (9)
Copy and paste frames (4) onto your canvas.
Resize
Use your selection tool and select the empty frame.
Open
papers (7)
Copy and paste onto your canvas.
Resize to fit into your frame.
Selections - Invert - Delete - Deselect
Drag the paper below your frame
Open
frames (9)
Copy paste
Resize so it fits over your first frame.
Use my tag as a reference
Using the magic wand tool select inside the frame
Selections - Modify - Expand by 5
Open
papers (2)
Copy and paste.
Resize to fit into your frame.
Selections - Invert - Delete - Deselect
Drag the paper below this frame
Copy and paste your tube.
Resize if needed to fit.

I colorized (1) to match my tube.
Resize them as you'd like.
Use my tag for reference in regards to placement.

Resize and rotate to the left by 90°

Repeat the steps above.

Resize and rotate as you go.
Use my tag as reference but you really just
want to layer the elements to your liking.
The flowers I placed on the other side of the frames
Use my tag as a reference.
Play with the layering.
It's all about making the tag to your liking :)

Copy and paste onto your canvas.
Rotate elements (13) to the Left 90°
Resize elements (16) and place at the foot, of the lightjars.
I placed it to cover the last of the lightjars.

papers (7)
again
Shift+D to duplicate.
Close the original.
Apply your mask.
Copy and paste onto your canvas.
Resize a few times.
Rotate Right 90°
Drag layer all the way to the bottom.
If needed resize until it fits how you like.

Add your name and copyright info.
I added a Gradient Glow but this is optional
Add a drop shadow to your layers.
And you are DONE!
