Tube or one of your choice

Open
Element (18)
Copy and paste onto your canvas.
Resize to the size you like.
Using your magic wand, click inside of the frame
Selections - Modify - Expand by 2
Open
Paper (4)
Copy and paste.
Drag below your frame
Resize to fit into your frame
Selections - Invert - Delete - Deselect
Stay on your frame layer.
Selections - Select All
Selections - Modify - Expand by 3
Make a new layer.
Select a color from your tube and fill the layer.
Deselect
Add some noise to the layer.
Open your tube
Copy and paste.
I mirrored the tube

Copy and paste Element (26)
Resize and place to the left of your frame.
Copy and paste Element (4)
Resize and place to the left, on top of the leaves.
Copy and paste Element (7)
Resize small enough to fit over Element (4)

Rotate to the right by 90
Resize and place above the center of Element (7)
Copy and paste Element (23)
Resize and place below the bow but on top of the center of your flower.

The last butterfly element
Copy and paste Element (2)
Resize to make it pretty small.
Using MuRa's Meister - Copies
Wallerpaper (Shrink)
Play with your settings until you have a cluster of varying
sizes of the element. Hit OK
Using your lasso tool, go around and select the cluster.
CTRL+X to cut.
Delete the layer in your layer palette
Paste the cluster as new layer and position.
Copy and paste the butterfly.
Resize this so it is pretty small as well.
I duplicated a few times and placed them in random places

Paper (7)
Shift+D to duplicate
Close the original
Apply your mask to the paper
Copy Merged
Paste onto your tag canvas and drag the layer
all the way to the bottom.
Resize to how you think it looks best.

Add your name in a font of your choice
Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat
New Raster Layer
Selections - Modify - Expand by 2
Floodfill with a color from your tube.
Add the same noise you did for the frame layer.
Deselect
Add your favorite drop shadow to all layers.
Add your copyright
