PSP9 or above
Tube or one of your choice
EyeCandy 4000 - Gradient Glow
Scrapkit Go Paddy from Bits n Bobs
Mask105 from Weescotslass

New Image

Preset Shape - Ellipse
Close off the background and leave foreground, choosing
a color from your tube.
Create as Vector checked
Line Style - Solid
Width - 10
Holding the Shift key draw out a medium circle.
Objects - Align - Center in Canvas.
Covert to Raster Layer
Click inside with your magic wand.
Selections - Modify - Expand by 1
From the scrapkit open paper-2 or one of your choice.
Copy and paste.
Resize to fit into your circle.
Selections - Invert - Delete - Deselect.

Open your tube.
Copy & paste.
Resize.
Position where it looks best.

GP-9
Copy and paste.
Mirror and resize.
Using your eraser tool go around and erase any of the rainbow
that is going over your circle.
Open

Copy each element and paste onto your canvas.
Place each where it looks best.
Use my tag as a reference.

Choose a color from your tube.
Make a new layer all the way at the bottom.
Floodfill with the color.
Apply your mask.
Merge Group
Lower the opacity to about 50%
Open
GP-28
Copy and paste.
Resize and move this layer just above your mask.

Add your name and copyright info.
Add a drop shadow to your layers.
And you are DONE!
