Brushed Rectangles

Tube of your choice
Brushes of your choice
Font of your choice
Alpha Element
DSB Flux - Optional

New Image - 600x600
Floodfill with white
•••••••••
Copy and paste your tube and resize to your liking. Position the tube in the middle of the canvas
and add a drop shadow of your choice.

Choose a color from your tube for your background,
and white for your foreground with a stroke of 1.
Go to Preset Shapes - Rectangle and
draw out a long thick rectangle...line up the top of the rectangle to the
top of your tube (see finished tag for reference).
Draw another rectangle with another color of choice.

Still using your rectangle shape, draw out a two skinny rectangles, the same height as your two
thicker rectangles, using two different colors from your tube.

Give all a drop shadow of 0,0,50,5
Position the two thin rectangles in between the two thick ones.
Once happy, turn visibility of white layer off, and merge visible.

Turn white background layer on.
Using your magic wand - tolerance 0, feather 0....
Click inside each rectangle and add any brushes you want.
Deselect when done!

Duplicate your merged rectangle layer,
and Image - Rotate - Free Rotate - Left : 90°.
Drag this layer under the original rectangle layer and position so it looks like your tube is
sitting on this layer. (See finished tag for reference.)

Type out your name....I used Impact no stroke...and stretched my name to fit
both the top of my tube and rectangles.
Effects - Texture - Blinds - 2,20.
Color white, horizontal and light from left/top checked.
Add drop shadow of your choice.

**Optional : add name with a script font...I used Julia-HandScript color white.
Add drop shadow of your choice.
Add a saying on the left side with the same script font - Add drop shadow of your
choice.
Add copyright and watermark info!
Crop excess white background.

Add an alpha element of your choice.
If you are using the one I provided....you can animate the inside by selecting
parts and adding noise.
Duplicating the alpha layer two times.
On the first layer - DSB Flux - Bright Noise - 20.
On the second layer hit the Mix button twice.
On the third hit the Mix button three times.
Turning off the bottom two alpha layers, go to copy merged - and paste into Animation Shop.
Do the same for the other two layers, remembering to turn off the layer you
did previously.
