Tube of choice
Font of choice
Doodle swirl of choice
DSB Flux
Eye Candy 4000 - Gradient Glow
Wordart
Bow of choice
2 scrap papers of choice

Open a New Image
600x600 - Floodfill with white
•••••••••
Preset Shapes - Ellipse
Foreground - Color of Choice
Stroke Width - 15
Line Style - Solid.
Holding down the shift key
Draw out a circle on your canvas.
Objects - Align - Center in Canvas.
Convert to Raster Layer.

Magic Wand tool - Tolerance 0
Feather 0, click on your cirlce.
Selections- Modify - Expand by 2.
Open your first scrap paper and colorize
If needed to match your tube.
On your circle image
New Raster Layer and paste your paper
Into Selection.
Hide your background layer and merge your
circle layers together.

Using your magic wand with
the same settings as above,
Click in the middle of the circle, Selections -
Modify - Expand by 5
Paste your other scrap paper of choice as
new layer and resize if needed.
Once done, Selections - Invert and on your paper
layer hit delete.I added a Glow to my circle using Eye
Candy 4000 - Gradient GlowPlay with the settings to get a glow
you want....I use the Fat settings under color
And changed the Glow width to 5 and
the Soft Corners to 100.

Using your Preset Shapes tool - Ellipse
Line Style - Dashed Width - 5 Draw out a
Circle that is big enough to surrond the paper circle layer
(See my tag for reference)
Remember to hold down the shift key to make an even circle all around.
Objects - Align - Center in canvas.
Convert to raster layer.
Duplicate this layer and resize until it
Fits inside the paper circle layer.
Move this layer to just above your bottom paper layer.

Copy and paste your tube, and position where you want.
If needed (like I did) remove some of the bottom to make
It look like the tube fits inside the circle. I did this by lowering the
Opacity of the tube and using my lasso tool, point to point, selected
The parts of the tube that hung over the circle and deleted.

Preset Shapes - Rectangle
Using a light color from your tube,
Draw out a long rectangle across your circle.
Convert to raster layer - Lower the opacity to about 45%.
I used my pen tool to draw dashed lines on top
And on bottom of the rectangle...this is optional.
Copy and paste the wordart into the rectangle.
I changed the blend mode to overlay.

Copy and paste your doodle as a new layer.
Move this layer below your tube layer and position where
You would like.

Copy and paste your bow and position where you like.
Add a drop shadow to all your layers.

On your first (paper) circle layer, Selections
Select All - Float - Defloat
Modify - Contract - I did about 10 to select some of the
Paper inside the circle.
I duplicated this layer 3 times and added
DSB Flux - Bright Noise
Intensity - 15
Direction - Mix
On the second layer same settings - hit the mix button 2 times
Third layer repeat hitting the mix button 3 times.
Hide the bottom two layers.
Add your name and copyright information.

Open Animation Shop.
With the bottom two noise layers hidden
Copy Merged - Paste as New Animation in AS.
Back in PSP, hide the top noise layer, unhide the middle layer.
Copy Merged - Paste After Current Frame in AS.
Back in PSP, hide the middle layer, unhide the bottom layer.
Copy Merged - Paste After Current Frame in AS.
(Make sure you have the second frame selected when doing this!)
